Tony Blair has pleaded with Scots voters not to use next month’s Holyrood elections to give him a kicking as he leaves Downing Street. Labour is trailing the Scottish National Party (SNP) in polls and faces being ousted from power by them. Blair also made desperate attacks on the SNP.
Responding to the attacks SNP leader Alex Salmond said:-
“Two thirds of Scots do not trust Tony Blair on other issues because of his false claims about weapons of mass destruction. So there is no point in him indulging in his scaremongering attacks on the SNP.
Mr Blair is not believed because he has long since ceased to be believeable.”
